Nursing Plan is a brand of Ocean Apps. By purchasing the Nursing Plan handbook or app on nursing-plan.com you agree to these terms.
The service
Nursing Plan is a 100% digital product. The handbook is delivered as downloadable PDF volumes. The app — lessons and NCLEX exam practice — is delivered through app.nursing-plan.com. Optional one-time add-ons offered at checkout (such as the handbook bought alongside an app membership) are digital products too; nothing is shipped.
Subscription & automatic renewal
An app membership starts with a one-time processing fee and a 30-day free period, and then renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — in one click through your Whop account or by emailing support@nursing-plan.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases (such as the handbook on its own) do not renew.
Payments
Payments are processed by Whop Inc. as merchant of record. The charge on your statement will reference Whop.

First purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
Licence & use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own studies. Redistributing, reselling or publishing the files, in whole or in part, is not permitted.
