If Nursing Plan isn't right for you, email support@nursing-plan.com within 30 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This covers your initial payment and any one-time add-ons (such as the handbook) bought alongside it. You keep the files you've already downloaded; we don't ask for them back.

Renewals

Renewal charges can be refunded pro-rata if requested within a reasonable time of the charge. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel anytime before your billing date — cancellation is self-service through your Whop account or by email.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Whop Inc. (our payment processor) to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
